Do you have a number? Favorite, lucky, significant? 🤔 Mine is 19. Today is the 19th and it’s the 19th Anniversary since I met my husband.❤️ I was born on the 19th, my number in field hockey was 19, I bought my first car on the 19th, my kids are 19 months apart, I started with Beautycounter on the 19th, my van is a 2019… the list goes on and on! The number 19 is everywhere- oddly, almost daily I happen to look at the clock or my watch at 7:19 (which is my birthday).
For me, there is comfort in the number and when I come across 19, it brings a smile to my face. Could it just be a coincidence that I see it everywhere, sure! It’s like when you begin to focus on something and then all of a sudden you see it everywhere. You want a red convertible and you begin to see red convertibles everywhere. You have a taste for a hamburger and you see hamburger joints at every corner.
How I view my number is how I look at mindset. What you think, you become. It’s always in the back of my mind and I keep an eye out for the number 19. When it shows up, it brings me joy and significance. I am an optimist and I look at life through an optimistic lense. I imagine it would work the same if you focused on the negative. You would always see the negative. The mind is fascinating. You can use it for good or for not so good. Positive or negative. Growth or lack. I choose growth and positivity. How about you?
